Description
A very popular type of black caviar is bester caviar. Bester is a hybrid of 2 sturgeon fish – beluga and sterlet. By this crossing, it was possible to obtain a fish that combines the best qualities of both “parents”: fast growth, early maturation, large size and delicate taste of eggs.
Bester eggs are medium and large, reaching a size of 2-3 mm.
The taste of bester black caviar is close to beluga caviar (and this is the most expensive and delicious black caviar) – buttery, caviar, pronounced.
The color of black caviar of bester is from silvery-gray to anthracite.
