Sevruga sturgeon caviar, widely known in Europe as “Baerii Caviar”, is a product of the Siberian sturgeon population originating from the Lena River.
Sevruga sturgeon caviar is very similar in its characteristics to Russian sturgeon caviar. It is highly valued in the caviar markets of Europe and America.
